Job Description Join our clinical team. Part time positions available and can grow to full time quickly for those looking for full time. Requires HS diploma and 1 year experience in the field. (Locations are all over Orange County such as, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Stanton, Lake Forest, Orange, Anaheim, etc. ) Starting pay for those with B.A./B.S. Degree or higher with 2 years of experience is 28.00per hour, If start date is in the month of October 2025 and can work a minimum of 15 hours per week.( Can earn up to 38$ per billable hours after completing certain requirements and years with company) • Must be available between the hours of 3:30 to 8:30pm for 3 or more days of the week. Weekend and morning hours available for those with scheduled evening hours. Additional pay for those who have the skill of an additional fluent language (Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese). Additional pay for those who have already completed the 40-hour RBT Training. • Paid Training & Certification Assistance – Offer to cover the cost of RBT certification and/or provide hands-on training., • Opportunities for Advancement – Mention pathways to becoming a BCBA or Lead RBT., • Ongoing Professional Development – Highlight free workshops, mentorship, and additional ABA training. Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The BT/RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), teaching life skills, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with ASD., • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA., • Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors., • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors., • Assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills based on the client’s goals., • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and the BCBA to ensure consistent implementation of therapy techniques., • Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)., • BT: No certification required, but experience in ABA or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred., • RBT: Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB., • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or bachelor’s in psychology, Education, or related field preferred)., • Experience working with children, individuals with special needs, or in a behavioral health setting is a plus., • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to follow structured therapy plans and work independently., • Work may take place in homes, clinics, schools, or community settings., • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and engaging in physical play activities., • May require lifting or assisting clients as needed., • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certification)., • Paid training and ongoing professional development., • Flexible scheduling options (part-time and full-time available).
