Job Description The Early Head Start Teacher (including Substitutes and Floaters) delivers the infant and toddler classroom curriculum, for a single-session classroom, in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Licensing Minimum Standards, and will use agency standards to ensure that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency. Job Description The Early Childhood Clinician II provides comprehensive child mental health services to children ages 0-8: Working in classrooms, providing home visits and/or in-office counseling; working with families, teachers/caregivers, and may provide supervision to assigned graduate interns. Services include brief counseling, classroom intervention/observation, teacher consultation, parent guidance, case management, community trainings, family assessments and standardized assessments, and the integration of several evidence-based practices.
