What You'll Do: The SOX IT Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the IT SOX compliance program, focusing on IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT application controls, and system/process assessments. This role will be instrumental in identifying risks, ensuring robust control implementations, driving process automation, and collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, security, DevOps, and finance to comply with SOX 404. The role will directly report to the Senior Director of SOX. About The Role: • Lead the end-to-end IT SOX program including planning, scoping, risk assessment, controls testing, remediation, and reporting., • Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to design and implement effective and scalable IT controls., • Lead walkthroughs, coordinate evidence collection, manage remediation efforts, and ensure timely closure of audit gaps., • Establish and maintain SOX documentation, including risk/control matrices, narratives, process flows, and testing procedures., • Monitor and report on the status of IT control effectiveness and remediation progress to internal stakeholders., • Provide guidance and training to control owners to promote awareness and understanding of SOX compliance requirements., • Provide guidance to ensure effective design and execution of SDLC controls during system implementations., • Stay current on changes in SOX requirements and leading practices, cybersecurity regulations, and IT risk management best practices., • 8 + years of hands-on IT audit and SOX compliance experience, preferably in both Big 4 and an in-house internal audit/SOX leadership roles, • Proven ability to establish or scale SOX IT compliance programs at newly public or pre-IPO companies., • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Coupa, • Deep understanding of ITGCs, application controls, risk assessments, • Hands-on strategic, and execution-focused; thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments., • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills., • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field., • You love to build processes, • You're curious about AI Infrastructure At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
