Job Description This is a part-time, on-site role at our Florham park, N J location. About beem® Light Sauna - We’re redefining wellness through infrared sauna and red-light therapy, helping people live brighter, healthier, more radiant lives. Role Description This position is responsible for sales, customer service, and maintenance of studio. Sales Execution & Revenue Support • Generate membership, package, and retail sales, • Follow studio sales scripts, pricing guidelines, promotions, and closing standards, • Manage leads including inquiries, follow-ups, tours, and conversion conversations, • Greet all guests warmly and deliver consistent, top-tier service in person, over the phone, and through automated communication systems, • Follow proper member check-in, guest registration, and front desk procedures, • Accurately handle sales transactions, account updates, and customer care calls, • Create an engaging, and professional environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals, • Address client questions / concerns, escalating to the Studio Manager when needed, • Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies, • Ensure rooms, front desk, common areas, and restrooms, are always clean, sanitized, and guest-ready, • Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures, • Language: English (Required), • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a plus, • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients, • Interest in health and wellness, with a willingness to learn and educate others about the science and benefits of infrared sauna, red light, and chromotherapy, • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with clients, • Professional, team player/leader, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, • Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions, • Proficient with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar), • Organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism and customer-focused, • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities, • Capable of lifting to 30 lbs. and may be required to sit / or stand for four+ hours., • Able to work weekends especially during peak activity periods, • Competitive Market Compensation (based on experience), • Monthly bonus tied to sales, membership acquisition & retention, • Employee discounts on studio services
