Job DescriptionSalary: $140 - $160k + 15% Anteris is a science-driven structural heart company that is redefining expectations and advancing the field through cutting-edge solutions focused on restoring native-like physiology versus treating symptoms of structural heart disease. We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role on Anteris Marketing team, supporting critical upstream and downstream initiatives across market modeling, product development inputs, competitive intelligence, customer research and insights, commercialization planning, KOL advisory boards, and major organizational events. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and execution-oriented product marketer who can quickly develop expertise in the TAVR market, understand the drivers shaping adoption and competition, and translate insights into clear strategies and deliverables. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to help shape product direction, positioning, and launch readiness. This person will also serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, demonstrating strong project ownership, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Lead market analysis and product strategy efforts, including market sizing, segmentation, forecasting, and identification of key growth drivers., • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, including competitor positioning, pipeline tracking, differentiation, and messaging implications., • Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to translate voice of customer and market insights into product development inputs and specifications., • Support downstream marketing execution through KOL engagement, congress planning, commercialization readiness, and launch planning activities., • Help define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing Communications., • Build and execute marketing plans for assigned product(s), including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget inputs., • Support planning and execution of new product launches across global geographies, ensuring cross-functional alignment and readiness., • Track and assess effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs, recommending adjustments based on performance and business needs., • Represent Anteris AORTIC values in day-to-day work: Accountability, Objectivity, Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, and Courage. Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications Required • Bachelors degree required., • 4+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, upstream marketing, strategy, or a related role., • 2+ years of experience in MedTech/Medical Device, Life Sciences, Health Tech, or pharmaceutical industries., • Proven ability to synthesize data (market research, customer insights, competitive analysis) into actionable business strategies and recommendations., • Experience supporting new product development and/or commercialization, including cross-functional collaboration., • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines., • High learning agility, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Preferred • Advanced degree (MBA or similar)., • Experience supporting product launches for Class III medical devices (TAVR/structural heart experience is a plus)., • Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion with clarity and accountability., • Demonstrated ability to build structure and improve processes, including defining owners, workflows, and measurable outputs., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus., • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools., • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners.
