This role partners with IT leadership, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business and technical objectives into clear project plans and drive execution through implementation. The position oversees project activities across infrastructure, B2B integration, and business process management teams, including coordination of testing, deployment, and production release readiness. This role manages cross−functional dependencies, mitigates risks, and ensures clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Deliverables: • Lead delivery of infrastructure, B2B integration, and BPM projects by coordinating planning, execution, and dependencies across IT teams, • Maintain visibility into active projects through intake, prioritization, and tracking in Wrike or similar tools, • Provide leadership with clear updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines, • Support project intake by validating requests, clarifying requirements, and guiding work through prioritization and approval, • Coordinate planning, testing, deployment, and release activities across infrastructure, integration, and application teams, • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes, including review, testing, documentation, deployment planning, and rollback readiness, • Support customer onboarding efforts requiring B2B/EDI integrations by coordinating implementation between internal teams and external contacts, • Maintain project documentation including schedules, cutover plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, • Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early and drive mitigation planning with stakeholders and technical teams, • Improve delivery effectiveness through strong planning discipline, execution, and cross−team coordination Required Experience and Skills: • 7+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex technical initiatives, • Experience managing cross−functional projects involving infrastructure teams, development teams, and business stakeholders, • Experience coordinating technical implementation activities across infrastructure and application teams, • Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and competing priorities across multiple efforts, • Experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms, • Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches, • Experience supporting B2B integration initiatives involving EDI, APIs, or file−based integrations, • Strong executive communication skills, including preparing leadership updates and synthesizing complex technical progress into clear summaries, • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups simultaneously, • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including reporting, analysis, and executive−level presentation development Preferred Experience: • Experience working with transportation EDI transaction sets such as EDI 204 (Load Tender) and EDI 214 (Shipment Status), • Familiarity with business process automation platforms such as Bizagi, AgilePoint, or similar BPM tools, • Transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology experience, • Experience leading cross−functional technical projects across infrastructure, platforms, and applications, • Experience managing application−related projects, including solution development, application management, and support Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full−time position; averaging 40 − 45 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate. Travel: This position may require occasional travel. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copier, and phone.
