How You Will Make An Impact • Lead Salesforce CRM delivery across prioritized business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects move forward with clear ownership, alignment, and urgency., • Manage and coordinate a blended Salesforce delivery team that may include internal staff, offshore resources, nearshore resources, developers, QA, and Salesforce administration support., • Partner directly with technology leadership and business stakeholders to clarify priorities, define delivery schedules, and keep teams accountable to execution., • Support hands-on Salesforce development and solution design across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM workflows, integrations, automation, and user-facing enhancements., • Help drive Salesforce-related AI initiatives, including practical use of tools such as Einstein, Agentforce, Gemini, Claude, and other AI-enabled business workflows., • Run or support daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, project updates, demos, and delivery check-ins., • Improve development discipline by strengthening documentation, code review practices, release coordination, QA alignment, and project timeline visibility., • 5–7 years of Salesforce CRM experience, including hands-on development, configuration, solution design, or technical delivery leadership., • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM workflows, including leads, opportunities, pipeline management, business process automation, and user adoption., • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, Flow Builder, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization., • Experience leading or coordinating Salesforce developers, QA resources, admins, offshore teams, nearshore teams, or cross-functional delivery groups., • Lending experience is strongly preferred; commercial lending, SMB lending, alternative lending, fintech, loan origination, or related financial services experience is highly valuable., • Practical familiarity with Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein or Agentforce, and comfort working in an environment using AI platforms such as Gemini and Claude., • Experience working in smaller, fast-moving environments where priorities shift and execution speed matters., • Strong Agile/Scrum familiarity, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and delivery tracking., • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, collaboration, and accountability., • Salesforce certifications are helpful but not required when supported by strong hands-on experience., • Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, DocuSign, Conga, Slack, Demand Tools/Data Loader, Ocrolus, OwnBackup, or similar tools is a plus.
