Parcel Dwelling & Failure Management • Monitor and investigate parcel dwelling issues across carrier flows., • Partner with operations to identify root causes for delayed or stuck packages, • Track trends in dwelling by lane, carrier, zone, or process step and escalate systemic issues., • Own corrective action plans to prevent recurrence of dwelling and service failures., • Review CCTV and dock camera footage to support investigations related to parcel dwelling, mis-sorts, damage, loss, and failure to load., • Provide documented findings and timelines to Transportation, Operations, and Loss Prevention teams. 2. Hazmat Compliance & Inbound Failures • Review hazmat labeling processes, packaging, and documentation failures on outbound shipments., • Partner with Compliance, Safety, and Operations teams to resolve hazmat exceptions and prevent regulatory risk., • Support training and provide feedback on process improvements related to hazmat handling and labeling accuracy. 3. Bonded Operations & Special Projects • Support bonded inventory management, including audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation., • Participate in special bonded projects such as quality guard initiatives, inventory clean-ups, and compliance audits., • Ensure adherence to CBP, broker, and internal requirements for bonded goods movement and storage. 4.
