Job DescriptionPersonal Injury Paralegal (Defense) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid schedule available) Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 LHH is partnering with a Chicago & St. Louis based litigation firm seeking a Personal Injury Defense Paralegal who thrives in fast-paced litigation and enjoys being deeply involved in case strategy and trial preparation. This role offers hands-on trial exposure, meaningful billable work, and the opportunity to play a key role on high-stakes PI defense matters alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
