Our client’s focus is complex business litigation, product liability litigation, class actions and appeals, and trial experience is a MUST! The right candidates must have: • 2 – 4 years’ experience in the legal field, and experience in trials. Actually going to the trial, not just the prep is important!, • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time, deadlines and scheduling, • Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel, • For Trial: Conduct thorough independent document review and analysis and provide recommendations to resolve specific issues, schedule depositions and prepare subpoenas, draft discovery, prepare, organize and manage exhibits for the cases, attend evidentiary hearings, mock trials, attending trials and more.
