Job Description Position Summary The Line Cook runs the hot food and sandwich station on Ophelia's food truck, cooking and plating every order to Ophelia's exact specifications with speed and consistency. This is a role for an experienced cook who knows how to run a station during a rush: someone who brings strong restaurant fundamentals, including knife skills, mise en place, ticket management, and food safety habits, from day one. The Line Cook also helps get the truck on the road each day by loading the van, driving to the service location, and returning it to the commissary at the end of the shift.
