Job DescriptionEvent Sales and Client Support Specialist LHH is partnering with a confidential client in the live events industry to hire an Event Sales and Client Support Specialist. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in event coordination, sales support, customer service, operations, or client relations. The position supports outreach, application review, data management, and onsite event operations for large scale, high energy events. This is a contract to hire, fully onsite role with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Evening, weekend, and extended hours are required during major events. What You Will Do Client Relations and Sales Support • Serve as a main point of contact for participating organizations, • Provide customer service across email, phone, and in person communication, • Support recruitment, retention, and outreach to prospective participants, • Build and maintain strong relationships before, during, and after eventsApplication and Payment Coordination, • Review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness, • Prepare participant information within internal systems, • Coordinate with accounting to verify and process payments, • Track outstanding balances and assist with billing questionsEvent Operations Support, • Assist with placement and layout planning for event participants, • Support onsite operations by walking the event floor and helping resolve needs in real time, • Ensure compliance with event policies, deadlines, and requirements, • Assist with registration and participant logistics tasksAdministrative and Reporting Tasks, • Gather feedback and prepare post event summaries, • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reports, • Provide general support to the events team as neededWhat You Bring, • 2+ years of experience in events, sales, customer service, operations, or related roles, • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in fast paced environments, • Comfortable communicating with customers and partners across multiple channels, • Strong attention to detail in reviewing forms and managing data, • Ability to work independently and handle real time event issues, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceWorking Conditions, • Onsite role with extensive in person interaction Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Nicolette Suskauer Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
