Job Description The Lead Field Supervisor, East Coast is a highly experienced leader and electrical technician whose demonstrated expertise enables direct leadership over advanced electrical, telecommunication, and mechanical maintenance activities, to include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all major and balance-of-system components utilized in utility scale battery energy storage systems. This individual will be expected to manage a team subcontractors and eventually a team responsible for scheduling, quality assurance, and documentation completions all work at assigned region.
