Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000 - $75,000 This is a hybrid role, and eligible candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Mishawaka, IN. Occasional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN, or to client engagements. This position requires up to 5% travel, which may be outside the local area and overnight. The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends up to $100,000. Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is looking for anIT & Systems Manager who can keep our people connected, our systems optimized, and our technology running seamlessly. Youll balance hands-on problem-solving with proactive systems management, partnering with our Managed Services Provider (MSP) to keep infrastructure secure and scalable while driving adoption and efficiency across the agency. Get to know us at pathfind.com What you will do, in greater detail: Tech Stack & Systems Management • Maintain, optimize, and document our portfolio of SaaS platforms and tools., • Own vendor relationships, renewals, licensing, and user provisioning., • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, integrations, and automations that improve efficiency and reduce friction., • Drive adoption by delivering training, refreshers, and maintaining clear user documentation., • Ensure employees feel confident using our systems through onboarding and ongoing enablement. IT & Infrastructure Oversight • Serve as the primary internal IT contact, providing baseline troubleshooting for employees (MacOS, hardware, software, networking, conferencing tools)., • Manage inventory and device lifecycle accountability, with MSP handling imaging and setup., • Oversee office technology (WiFi, printers, conference room A/V), coordinating with MSP as needed., • Partner with MSP to ensure cybersecurity protocols and endpoint protection are consistently applied., • Complete client cybersecurity risk assessment questionnaires as required., • Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning (rarely activated, but accountable). Continuous Improvement • Participate in agency planning by aligning technology roadmap to business priorities., • Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiency and present them to leadership., • Ensure technology investments are cost-effective and deliver measurable value., • Foster a culture of ownership, efficiency, and adoption by making systems feel like an advantage (not a frustration). What wed like to see in a strong candidate: • 47 years in IT, systems administration, or business technology roles, ideally in small/mid-sized organizations., • Experience supporting MacOS in an enterprise environmentrequired., • Prior experience working with SaaS stacks and managing user access/provisioning., • Exposure to vendor management and MSP coordination., • Agency or creative environment experience is a plus., • Strong communication skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users., • Highly organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple systems and priorities., • Motivated, self-directed, and excited to own a critical agency function., • Possesses a can-do attitude, • Relaxed with high stress tolerance What's in it for you?
