Job DescriptionBenefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Competitive Pay Responsibilities & Skills • General experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC), automatic control valves, distributed control systems (DCS)., • General experience with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) configuration, • General Experience in Electric Instrumentation such as Coriolis meters, Mag flow meters, RTD thermocouples, DP flow meters, Pressure, Radar level transmitters, pH and Probes., • Experience with Electrical schematics, Process flow diagrams, P&ID documents, Equipment and instrumentation Specifications Sheets and Standard Plant Operating procedures, and Industrial Safety standards., • General Experience with Electrical control panel wiring, relays, motor control starters and Circuit Breakers., • General Electrical Technical Support., • Some mechanical experience is desired., • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure theyre operating efficiently and make any needed repairs, • Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced, • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks, • Handle additional maintenance tasks as neededQualifications, • High school diploma/GED or equivalent, • 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience, • At least 5 years of industrial instrument and control maintenance experience, • Some knowledge of (HVAC), Chiller, Compressor Maintenance, and plumbing systems desired, • Electrical Control systems, • Electrical Panel experience, • Steam Boiler Maintenance, • IT support skills, • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques, • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends, • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail, • 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided
