Our product line ranges from all types of conveyor belting, conveying equipment and components, belting accessories, hose and fitting products, plastics, gaskets, and power transmission products. Job Summary: The Senior Recruiter at Belt Power, LLC. will be responsible in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across the organization. This position owns the full recruitment lifecycle for high-level and specialized roles, leading proactive sourcing efforts, managing all candidate interactions, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, structured, and data-driven hiring process. Responsibilities Include: • Full-Cycle Execution, • Manage end-to-end recruiting for high level roles, taking ownership of job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding each search through to a successful offer and acceptance., • Collaborate closely with the Director of Staffing and Talent Development during the requisition handoff to ensure job descriptions, approval, and posting are timely and aligned with business priorities., • Conduct all first-round phone screens personally, representing brand and values while assessing candidates for culture fit, skills, and alignment with role requirements., • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and collect structured feedback promptly after each stage to maintain momentum and enable data-driven hiring decisions., • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout to ensure a positive experience, keep them engaged, and manage expectations clearly from initial contact through offer., • Recruiting Coordination, • Handle all interview scheduling, coordination, and calendar logistics across functions, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate and internal team experience., • Manage follow-up communications after interviews and throughout the hiring process to keep candidates engaged and searches moving forward., • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each role and its associated hiring process, including interview steps, evaluation criteria, decision timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities., • Attend and participate in weekly recruiting meetings with internal team members to review roles, collaborate on hiring “stucks” and report out progress and hiring stage., • Pipeline & Market Strategy, • Create targeted sourcing strategies for key roles across Growth, Operations, Clinical, and Executive function, with a strong focus on identifying and attracting top sales, operations and leadership talent., • Map talent pools in new and emerging markets, especially for the Belting Industry, by analyzing candidate availability, market saturation, and competitive hiring activity., • Proactively build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across all functions., • System and Tool Management, • Maintain candidate information in the ATS to ensure data is accurate and workflows remain consistent across all roles and functions., • Own, develop and continuously refine Job Board Company pages, marketing campaigns and postings, and developing templated messaging for headhunting., • Maintain tracking and reporting tools, including candidate status trackers, hiring metrics, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned., • Create and manage scalable ATS templates (e.g. outreach messaging, interview guidelines, scheduling templates, tracking sheets) to improve process clarity, increase efficiency, and support a consistent candidate experience., • Cross Functional Collaboration, • Partner closely with hiring managers to define clear success profiles through intake meetings, rigorously evaluate candidate pools, and co-create tailored role-specific recruiting strategies that align with team and company goals., • Work alongside the Marketing team to strengthen employer brand presence, focusing on high-value markets and specialized clinical hiring, driving awareness and attracting top-tier talent., • Recruiting Growth, • Build and implement repeatable, scalable recruiting infrastructure designed to support rapid growth across diverse functions., • Develop comprehensive SOPs, interview frameworks, and standardized operating procedures that ensure consistency, fairness, and high quality throughout the hiring process as the team scales., • Act as the central owner and accountability partner for recruiting activities, proactively managing timelines, identifying bottlenecks, and driving process adherence to keep hiring on track and moving efficiently., • Respect, protect, support, company culture., • Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations., • Always represent Belt Power in a professional manner, • Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:, • 10+ years of recruiting experience, including time as both an in-house recruiter and within an agency environment., • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Business., • Proven ability to run full cycle recruiting independently across multiple functions and seniority levels; including experience sourcing and headhunting Sales, Executives and Management roles., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle interview coordination, candidate engagement, and scheduling logistics with high precision., • Mastery of ATS systems and strong comfort with data tracking, templates, and tools., • Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems., • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues., • Reliability, integrity, accuracy, teamwork, positive attitude, organized, intelligent, proactive, and adaptable., • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms. While performing the duties of this position, the Senior HR Operations Specialist will be regularly exposed to working near moving and mechanical parts and equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time onsite position. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Overnight travel and weekend work will be required occasionally.
