Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (PLCs, HMIs, robotics) for manufacturing processes., • Program and configure industrial control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and motion control systems., • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on existing automation equipment and systems to minimize downtime., • Optimize manufacturing processes through the integration of new automation technologies and continuous improvement initiatives., • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational procedures., • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and support project execution., • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies in all automation projects. Recommended Qualifications • Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems., • Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) including programming and integration., • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP)., • Ability to design, commission, and optimize automated manufacturing processes and control systems., • Experience with sensor technology, motor control systems, and industrial vision systems., • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and machine safeguarding principles.
