What Youll Do • Perform and present whitening treatment plans and confidently close sales, • Drive product sales using a structured, high-conversion script, • Maintain studio operations, compliance, and a polished client experience, • Track KPIs, own your results, and collaborate with leadership to scale Youll Be a Fit If You Have: • 2+ years in commission-based sales (auto, fitness, telecom, solar, or pest control sales), • Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills, • Coachable, self-driven, and metrics-oriented, • Available for evenings, weekends, and peak shifts Compensation & Benefits • OTE: $60,000 $88,000 (base + tips + commission; uncapped upside), • Paid training (product and sales), health insurance, paid time off, • Complimentary whitening services, • Fast-track promotion to Studio Partner, • Work in a results-first culture where your growth is in your hands Learn more about us:
