As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions across our various construction projects and office staff, supporting all GreenArrow business lines. You will leverage your industry expertise and recruitment skills to source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates who align with our company culture and contribute to our mission. This position can be based out of any of our current locations, including Florida. What You’ll Do As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be central to shaping the culture and ensuring smooth transitions within GreenArrow as we grow and integrate new talent. This role goes beyond simply filling positions – it's about identifying individuals who embody our core values and can thrive in a dynamic environment. Your success will be highly dependent on thoughtfully approaching recruitment, fostering collaboration with hiring managers, and ensuring that new hires feel welcomed and supported as we integrate talent from various backgrounds. You will serve as a vital link between candidates, teams, and leadership, helping to align our talent acquisition efforts with our mission and organizational values. Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific resources, to identify and attract qualified candidates for construction positions (electricians, project managers, safety personnel, administrative staff, etc.). Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the company. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust candidate pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities. Keep candidates "warm" by providing regular updates on the company, industry news, and potential job openings. Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post detailed job descriptions on relevant platforms, including job boards, company websites, and social media. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Industry Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions, including changes in regulations, certifications, and qualifications specific to construction roles. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation, background checks, and compliance procedures are followed seamlessly. Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.) and continuously seek ways to improve the hiring process. Values-Driven Recruitment: Uphold the organization's core values throughout all recruitment activities, promoting a culture of open communication, inclusion, and empathy to facilitate trust and collaboration during onboarding. What We Need from You You are a strategic partner to our business and our people. You will have experience working in acquiring great talent, ideally within growth-oriented or PE-backed organization. Fluency or familiarity with the construction or industrial services industries is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or skilled trades industries. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction field, including knowledge of job roles, required certifications, and skill sets. Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Strong ability to assess candidates’ technical and interpersonal skills o Proficiency in using recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) o Strong organizational and time-management skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Additional: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
