Job Description Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Cheyenne, WY (will consider local candidates or those willing to travel, commute, or work on a per diem basis) Job Description The Project Manager will oversee constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, bid pricing, and change management for technology-driven scopes of work. This position requires a subject matter expert in IT, security, and life safety systems with a proven ability to lead design assist, installation, and network integration efforts. Responsibilities include developing technology-specific scopes of work, responsibility matrices, and project master schedules to ensure alignment with scope, cost, quality, and schedule objectives. The role also involves managing budget forecasting, vendor pricing, staffing projections, billing/collections, and milestone tracking while driving compliance with safety culture and Smart Building initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver integrated technology solutions, mentor project teams, and support business development through client consulting and pursuit activities. Responsibilities • Oversee constructability reviews and conceptual estimating., • Manage bid pricing and change management for technology-driven scopes of work., • Develop technology-specific scopes of work, responsibility matrices, and project master schedules., • Ensure alignment with scope, cost, quality, and schedule objectives., • Manage budget forecasting, vendor pricing, staffing projections, billing/collections, and milestone tracking., • Drive compliance with safety culture and Smart Building initiatives., • Deliver integrated technology solutions and mentor project teams., • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT, or related field., • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems., • 5+ years of project management experience., • BICSI certifications preferred: RCDD, DCDC, or RTDM. The role involves working on-site on a data center project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Ideal candidates will reside in Cheyenne, Fort Collins, or surrounding areas, but candidates willing to commute or work on a per diem basis are also welcome. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $70.00/hr.
