Job DescriptionDescription: OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to provide on-site leadership and oversight for a large, complex Audio Visual/Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) task order within a federal program. The TOPM will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day task order management and execution, ensuring timely delivery of all technical and administrative requirements. Location Fort Belvoir, VA Core Responsibilities & Duties • Collaborate closely with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure performance objectives are achieved and technical solutions are delivered according to schedule and contract requirements., • Serve as the on-site project manager for a large, complex task order supporting a federal customer., • Support the Program Manager in coordinating and communicating with the Government KO, COR, and task order-level managers., • Manage task order performance, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and schedules are met in accordance with contract terms., • Lead technical and administrative project teams, ensuring effective task execution, issue resolution, and quality assurance., • Provide performance, risk, and resource management oversight, including staffing, budgeting, and reporting., • Track project progress, prepare status updates, and provide accurate and timely reporting to internal and government stakeholders., • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and mission success. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience Experience • A minimum of five (5) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the IT and/or consulting fields. Must possess an IT-II Critical Sensitive security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance Licenses/Certifications Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Other Required Skills and Abilities • Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary project teams under federal contracts, • Must be able to effectively communicate with client and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract, • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, • Strong attention to detail, • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills About Us: At OCH, we are more than just a government contracting firm; we are innovators and leaders in providing cutting-edge IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
