We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to support our growing team in our Las Vegas, NV, location. The position will be based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, where our Packaging, Distribution, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Education departments are located. Compensation / Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (Candidates must match all criteria to be considered for the high end of the compensation pay range.) Develop a high-performing Inside Sales team supporting our dental implant and accessories portfolio. Responsible for driving revenue through sales efforts, optimizing sales processes, coaching and managing team members, and partnering closely with field sales, marketing, and operations. Must motivate and attain targeted sales/marketing objectives while displaying a passion for Paragon products and our customers. Ability to be tactical, and process oriented as well as progressive, displaying an innovative “think outside the box” mentality. Works under minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Lead, train, coach, and manage an inside sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets. Provide on-going coaching and feedback to develop skills, improve performance, and address underperforming territories., • Manage and create sales processes, KPIs, and performance reporting for inside sales operations., • Prepare periodic performance reviews (30-Day, 90-Day, and annual)., • Partner with Business Development to align inside and regional sales strategies and territory coverage., • Oversee pipeline management, lead follow-up, customer outreach, and closing activities., • Work with Human Resources and participate in talent acquisition (i.e., review resumes, conduct interviews, etc.) to fill open positions within the department and assist with onboarding activities., • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development., • Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM tools., • Prepare accurate sales reporting., • Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation, campaign execution, and messaging alignment., • Maintain strong knowledge of dental implant and accessory products, value propositions, and competitive landscape., • Ensure sales activities comply with FDA, HIPAA, and company regulatory requirements., • Prepare accurate call records / call reports (and Ad-Hoc reports) with analytical data., • Create Standard Work / Work Instructions and train (or retrain) Inside Sales Representatives., • Manage open territories as needed, • Establish and maintain department standards by developing and ensuring compliance with all customer care process standards, through reviews, audits of call reports and sales information, reports, and practices. Provide direct and timely feedback to all staff on results., • Establish and maintain timely and thorough reporting to Vice President Marketing/General Manager, on all customer care metrics., • Develop and implement strategies for upselling, cross selling, and outbound campaigns as appropriate., • Offer innovative solutions to issues that impact our customers., • Perform direct customer follow-up (including both verbal and written responses) on all difficult or unusual customer care issues., • Assign and direct the workflow to ensure excellent service is delivered through appropriate staff planning and scheduling meet/exceed all the department’s goals., • Other tasks assigned by management. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent. Qualifications: • Minimum five (5) years of inside sales experience, with three (3) years in a sales management or team lead role, or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Proven ability to coach and scale inside sales teams., • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences., • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales performance tools., • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills., • Familiarity with sales compensation plans and incentive structures., • Experience working closely with field sales teams., • Proven abilities: to be tactical, strategic, performance management, motivating process improvement, time management., • Ability and confidence to promote innovative ideas and present them to management., • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of customer-facing professionals., • Demonstrated ability to drive results and innovate., • Strong customer service orientation: must be able to tactfully handle customer issues that get escalated by inside sales representative., • Demonstrated ability to be passionate about customer behavior and ability to translate those findings into meaningful prosperous long-term relationship and gains for Paragon., • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner., • Excellent skillset with Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)., • Basic math skills to calculate percentages, amounts, etc., • Strong sales leadership with experience selling complex, regulated products., • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects such as a keyboard and mouse., • The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear and will occasionally be required to bend, stoop, kneel, etc., • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, etc., • The Company has an on-site business model.
