Job Description OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Main point of contact for all guest inquiries, including answering calls, dispatching, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers, • Minimum lifting 25lbs., • Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times, • Assist with guest requests and notify appropriate management to resolve guest issues, • Maintain a daily log of calls, action taken and final status of requests, • Answer each call with proper telephone etiquette, • Print and distribute reports per unit requirements, • Maintain and be familiar with the directory of information for guest services, • Handle all emergencies according to specified procedures, • Operate and /or explain TDD operation for guests, • Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook, as well as all other appropriate unit and company policies and procedures, • Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management Powered by ExactHire:192432
