In this position, you’ll directly support fleet growth by attracting, engaging, and onboarding high‑quality transportation professionals. What We Offer as a Driver Recruiter: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, • 401(k) plan with company match, • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays, • Consistent Monday–Friday work scheduleWhat You’ll Do as a Driver Recruiter:Lead Driver Recruitment, • Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers, • Set recruiting goals and consistently meet or exceed hiring targetsDrive Outreach & Engagement, • Implement creative outreach initiatives to connect with top driver candidates, • Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for all applicant inquiries, ensuring an excellent candidate experienceSupport Hiring & Onboarding, • Conduct informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs), • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignmentManage Processes & Reporting, • Monitor applicant activity and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system, • Provide leadership with routine updates, insights, and recruiting performance reportsStrengthen Retention & Collaboration, • Collaborate closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term driver success, • Build strong, positive relationships with drivers and office staff, • Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented workplace and assist with additional projects as neededWhat You Bring as a Driver Recruiter:, • Prior experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred), • A self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
