BENEFITS: • 401(k) Matching, • PTO - 80 hours per year, • Full-time Position, • 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Be the Warm Welcome at the Front Desk • Answer multi-line phone calls with professionalism and care, • Assist attorneys and paralegals with essential tasks like scanning, copying, and organizing documents, • Track all incoming faxes, emails, invoices, and physical mail — keeping everything logged and saved in the right client files, • Receive client payments and log them in CASEpeer, • Log and organize end-of-day mail, • Prepare outgoing envelopes for important documents and office expenses, • Keep track of appointments, case timelines, and critical deadlines, • Manage monthly office supply ordering to ensure the team has everything they need to winQualifications:, • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere, • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, • Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in both Spanish and English — written and spoken — to confidently support our diverse client base, • Customer-Focused Mindset: You’ve worked in a client service or people-centered role and know how to make someone feel heard, valued, and respected, • Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience required, • Exceptional Communication: Clear, professional, and kind — you know how to listen actively and speak with empathy and confidence, • Dependability: You show up on time, every time, and are known for being reliable and consistent, • People-First Energy: Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely caring toward clients, coworkers, and community members, • Professional Presence: You know how to represent our firm with courtesy and professionalism, whether speaking with a medical provider, a client, or a colleague, • Positive Attitude: No job is too small — you show up with optimism, team spirit, and a can-do attitude every day, • Multiple years of experience working in customer serviceAbout Company At Inkelaar Law, we believe personal injury law is about more than settlements—it’s about standing up for people who’ve been overlooked, mistreated, or silenced.
