Position Overview: Adult Fitness Coordinator PowerStrength’s premium personal training program, for adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, has ignited a movement in West Michigan fitness! We are strengthening our team by adding another Adult Fitness Coordinator to our team of all-stars as we execute an exciting company vision. As an Adult Fitness Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively executing our proven sales and retention systems for our Adult Personal Training Program. You will be at the heart of our Adult Fitness Program assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of the program at your location, while adhering to the high PowerStrength Standards. If you’re interested in any other opportunities at PowerStrength - please visit - Key Responsibilities: • Lead a PowerStrength location in the coordination and execution of the adult fitness program to ensure it runs effectively according to program goals and service standards, • Coach 22-26 hours per week on the training floor predominately with adult clientele, with 14-18 hours of sales, member retention, program coordination, and community events., • Lead and manage membership growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives, • Conduct effective phone calls and 1-on-1 sales consultations within the adult program, • Oversee Sales software systems and follow-up with prospects accordingly, • Analyze and update program metrics and scorecard, • Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that enhance program quality, service, and contribute to growth goals, • Support a positive and engaging environment for members by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback, • Manage the company CRM system as it relates to the your location’s adult program, • Assist in the execution of headquarters’ marketing initiatives to promote your program, • Maintain accurate reporting and data metrics related to program participation and performance, • Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and providing recommendations for program improvements, • Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring all their needs are met. What You Need: • Strong Character and Work Ethic: Upholds a high personal standard of professional conduct, excellence, and work style. Abides by company core values., • Experience: Minimum of 3-years of proven experience in personal training (*Private-sector experience is strongly preferred), • Education: Undergraduate Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field is strongly preferred, • Results-Driven High Performer- Produces results and achieves goals, • Sales Skills: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in membership or services is required. Must be comfortable with phone and in-person sales, and skilled with following up with engaged leads., • Writing Skills: Professional writing skills with the ability and experience to write words that serve., • Computer and Software Skills: Strong computer skills with a solid knowledge base of systems such as Google, Slack, GoHighLevel, and other fitness CRM software, • Reliability: Is a pro that staff and members can count on, • ‘Hit’s Publish’: Sees a task through to completion without constant distraction of new ideas, • Proactive: Takes advantage of the autonomy within this role and takes action independently once given direction. Integrates the vision within the program through relevant strategies and potential enhancements., • Attention to Detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
