Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Dean works directly with the Dean and Program Chairs of the School to advance the quality of the School's main campus and online academic programming and course instruction, with a focus on personalizing the student experience. This position is primarily responsible for (1) providing leadership to Program Chairs, Associate Faculty Leads, and Associate Faculty to ensure that established instructor expectations, grounded in the principles of CARE, are consistently met and exceeded across all course sections.
