Job Description Job post summary Date posted: February 3, 2026 Pay: $24.71 - $29.76 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Customer Account Assistant fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to provide part-time administrative and customer account support. This role focuses on working directly with customers and their accounts, assisting with service requests, documentation, scheduling, and account updates while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal team members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in administrative tools to support account management functions effectively.
