RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Technical Training and Development Business Analyst | Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation [WMATA0014013] Gather and analyze business requirements; identify training gaps; document needs; translate data into actionable insights; support decision-making and system alignment for TTDV initiatives.. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Elicit and Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document current-state processes, business needs, and functional requirements for workflow redesign and digitization. Draft Future-State Processes: Create process maps, use cases, and user stories that help to reinforce the desired future state and support solution design and implementation. Support Change Management Planning and Execution: Support in the development of change management strategies including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training approaches and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
