Repeat: Our Operations Administrator role is half office/half warehouse and performs general administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and updating system data as well as helping to unload returning delivery trucks and clear out warehouse bins. About the Role We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift Operations Manager to lead inbound receiving and support outbound shipping activities in our busy distribution center. Managing a team of 30 associates, youll balance hands-on execution with planning, ensuring product is received, processed, and stored efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate teams, manage workflow, and implement solutions that improve productivity.
