To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re searching for a Machine Operator (2nd Shift) who will perform repetitive machine operations and assembly functions to produce quality products, devices and accessories. Responsibilities: • Operates machines (such as but not limited to): clamp, cut-to-length, manual or automatic elbow, flashing press, notch, CNC routers, stamping press, rivet, rolling, sheer, swaging, tape, vacuum form, turret punch press, press brakes, and welder., • Operates workstations (such as but not limited to): assembly, packaging, and soldering., • Follows written and verbal job specifications and uses knowledge gained by experience., • May set stops or guides as indicated by prints, diagrams, and instructions., • Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction., • May make minor machine adjustments (if trained) when needed., • May oversees and trains new operators in assembly work cells., • Positions workpiece against stops, or aligns layout marks. Pushes buttons or depresses pedal to activate machine. Bolts, clips, screws, cements, tapes, or otherwise fastens parts together using hand tools and/or power tools., • Works in all work-cell stations and all rotations as production needs require., • Meets quality control standards., • Cleans up work area as required., • Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and management., • Performs all duties safely. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent experience., • Forklift operation experience helpful., • Good communication, organization, and mathematical skills., • Familiar with mechanical training and operation of various mechanical equipment, such as Amada Punch Press and Press Brake machinery., • Ability to be a team player., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain physically active for a full shift.

Servicing/Maintaining Nouth County/San Diego California Area Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities: (These responsibilities must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation) • Maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems, • Install Team Experence, • Certified Welder, • Performing maintenance of electrical systems, • Repairing and maintaining plumbing systems, • Assisting in the setup of production and manufacturing machines and other systems, • Survey and repair all mechanical equipment in our locations to ensure they are working properly and consistent with health and safety standards, • Perform maintenance of equipment and buildings in our facilities, • Assist in the setup of systems/equipment and conduct repairs when necessary, • Perform manual repairs when necessary, • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations., • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed., • High School Diploma or GED, • 3-4 years car wash experience in relatable field, • 18 years of age or older with proof to work legally in the U.S., • 3-5 years of related experience working, • Agree to background and drug screen required for this position, • 2 professional references of past supervisors that Super Star Car Wash may contact directly, • Must have reliable transportation to and from work site daily, • Able to work in a fast paced environment, • Must be available all days of the week and be able to arrive early or stay last as business dictates, • Must have your own hand and power tools to include but not limited to drills, saws, grinders, and impact drives, • Carwash College, • Proven experience as maintenance mechanic, • High level understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices, • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime This position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
