As we drive our "Integrated Group" strategy, M365 & Microsoft COPILOT serves as a cornerstone for our digital transformation and operational efficiency. The Role Define and implement the Group-wide AI adoption strategy for employees and business functions, ensuring that AI technologies are effectively understood, adopted, and embedded into daily work practices across Sonepar’s Operating Companies. The role covers Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot), Copilot Studio, as well as emerging AI technologies such as agentic AI, and focuses on driving maturity, governance, value measurement, and sustainable adoption at both local and global levels. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Adoption Strategy & Governance • Define the global strategy for AI adoption for employees, aligned with Digital Workplace and Group priorities., • Establish and animate AI governance frameworks related to usage, adoption, and responsible AI for employees., • Define, implement, and maintain adoption KPIs to measure AI maturity, usage, and value at local and Group levels., • Provide clear guidelines and frameworks to support consistent yet adaptable AI adoption across Operating Companies. 2. Enablement, Change & Employee Experience • Design and deploy AI enablement and change management initiatives for employees and business functions., • Drive communication, awareness, and education around AI use cases, benefits, and best practices., • Support the transformation of ways of working by embedding AI into daily employee journeys., • Ensure adoption initiatives are pragmatic, business-oriented, and focused on measurable outcomes 3. Community Animation & Ecosystem Collaboration • Build, animate, and sustain an international AI community (champions, early adopters, functional leads)., • Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and feedback loops across countries and functions., • Work closely with partners such as AI editors/vendors, change management firms, and training providers., • Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners on AI adoption topics. 4. Value Tracking & Maturity Progression • Define AI maturity models and track progression across countries, functions, and employee populations., • Measure adoption, engagement, and business value generated by AI initiatives., • Consolidate insights at Group level to support decision-making and continuous improvement., • Contribute to the prioritization of AI use cases based on value, readiness, and adoption potential. The Experience You Bring • A strong Experience in digital adoption, change management, digital workplace, or AI-related transformation initiatives., • A deep understanding of AI concepts and employee-facing AI use cases (technical depth not required, but strong functional understanding expected)., • A Proven ability to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and adoption measurement models., • A Experience working in international and decentralized organizations., • A Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multi-cultural environment (fluent in English and French. Spanish is a plus) What Success Looks Like • AI adoption is measurable and progressing across the Group, • Clear KPIs and maturity models are defined and used to track AI adoption, usage, and value at both local and global levels., • Employees effectively use AI in their daily work, • Tools such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and emerging AI technologies are embedded into everyday employee and functional workflows, delivering tangible productivity gains., • A strong and pragmatic AI governance framework is in place, • Governance, guidelines, and guardrails enable responsible AI usage while balancing innovation, security, and business risk in a decentralized environment., • An active international AI community is animated, • A network of AI champions and local leaders shares best practices, accelerates adoption, and continuously feeds back realworld needs and insights., • Foundations are set for a future AI Platform Owner model, • Adoption, governance, KPIs, and ecosystem management are mature enough to support the evolution toward an AI for Employee Platform Owner role.
