The business specialises in delivering high-quality electrical installations across the luxury residential sector, working on prestigious properties, bespoke residential developments and high-specification refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a contractor delivering technically detailed and high-value residential projects. The position offers £35-£45 per hour Outside IR35, depending on experience. The Role As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for electrical packages across a range of high-end residential projects. You will work closely with the pre-construction, commercial and project delivery teams, reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation to produce detailed cost estimates. Projects will involve high-specification electrical installations, including lighting, power distribution, specialist lighting controls, home automation and associated building services.
