Job Responsibilities: Experience with sourdough bread production from start to finish is essential. Breakfast pastries: Brioche & laminated (experience desired but not essential as training can be given) Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously within a small team to deliver excellent service, contributing to the vibrant community hub we've created. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in every product, aligning with our commitment to excellence. Stock Management: Keep an eye on stock levels and manage timely stock orders to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
