Job Title: Telesales Representative / Telesales Specialist Location: Cheshire (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Industry: Validation Equipment Manufacturing (B2B) About the Company We are a leading manufacturer of validation equipment, supplying high-quality, compliant solutions to businesses across regulated industries. The Role We are seeking a driven and confident Telesales Representative to support our growing commercial team. This role focuses on outbound and inbound phone-based sales, engaging with business customers to promote and sell our validation equipment and related solutions. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline, working closely with field sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Proactively contact prospective and existing business customers via phone and email, • Promote and sell validation equipment and associated solutions to B2B customers, • Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities, • Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate products, • Manage and update CRM records accurately, • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, • Support quotations, follow-ups, and order progression, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Skills & Experience • Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or phone-based B2B sales, • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner, • Comfortable handling outbound calling and sales conversations, • Target-driven with a resilient, proactive mindset, • Strong organisational and follow-up skills, • Experience using CRM systems (desirable), • Background selling technical, industrial, or capital equipment is a plus, but not essential What We Offer • Competitive base salary with commission/bonus structure, • Hybrid working (3 days onsite in Cheshire), • Full product training and ongoing support, • Opportunity to sell high-quality, in-demand technical products, • Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth
