GK Executive Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, international consumer goods business to hire a Marketplace Manager (Amazon & Marketplaces Specialist). The Opportunity You will take full ownership of the Amazon channel across the UK and Australia (with potential to expand into additional markets), driving growth through data-led strategy, best-in-class execution, and commercial insight. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on performance data—able to identify opportunities, diagnose barriers to growth, and turn insight into sharp, actionable plans that deliver results. Working Environment • Stunning office in Ancoats, Central Manchester, • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and success-driven culture, • Flexible working hours, • Full-time office presence initially for onboarding, brand immersion, and strategy delivery, • Own and grow the Amazon relationship across the UK and Australia, with scope to expand into further markets, • Manage all Amazon activities: listings, A+ content, reviews, promotions, and advertising campaigns, • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maximise share of voice, • Oversee secondary marketplaces where relevant, • Provide marketplace insights (pricing, reviews, competitor activity) to internal teams, • Report regularly on performance: revenue, buy-box %, ROAS, share of voice, and customer ratings, • Develop and implement growth initiatives across the channel, • 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon accounts, • Marketplace experience in performance-driven environments, • D2C experience is a plus, • Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Excellent communicator, able to translate data into clear business insights, • Proven experience identifying growth drivers, performance gaps, and actionable opportunities What’s on Offer • Competitive salary, • 30 days holiday + bank holidays, • Private health insurance, • 8% pension contribution (4% employee / 4% employer) 📩 Interested?
