About the Role You will play a key part in improving student attendance by offering practical, emotional, and motivational support. The role will involve both school‑based work and off‑site visits, so a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. Key Responsibilities Support and encourage students to attend school regularly. Complete home visits to collect students or engage with families.
