The Counter Criminal Capabilities (CCC) Programme will modernise HMRC's investigative capabilities through a variety of projects, intended to mitigate escalating threats from organised crime exploiting advanced technologies such as encryption, and enhancing our response to cyber-crime. Examples of the projects in scope of the programme include: • Maintaining Access to Criminal Intelligence (including oversight of secure estates reconfiguration, open-source research tooling, eDiscovery, covert capabilities, IoT exploitation)., • Leading end to end delivery of complex projects or programme workstreams., • Establishing and maintaining proportionate governance, controls, and assurance., • Managing budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits., • Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to support delivery decisions., • Using data and performance insight to forecast outcomes and manage delivery confidence., • Significant experience delivering complex projects or major workstreams, using recognised project delivery frameworks and lifecycle controls., • Strong knowledge of project governance, assurance, and risk management, including the application of standards and proportional controls., • Proven experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies in complex delivery environments., • Ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders, supporting effective decision making., • Leadership, • Pension - We make contributions to our colleagues' Alpha pension equal to at least 28.97% of their salary., • Family friendly policies., • Personal support., • A name-blind CV including your job history and previous experiences of up to your last 3 roles with no more than 100 words per role., • UK nationals, • nationals of the Republic of Ireland, • nationals of Commonwealth countries who have the right to work in the UK, • nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities with settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) (opens in a new window), • nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities who have made a valid application for settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS), • individuals with limited leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain who were eligible to apply for EUSS on or before 31 December 2020
