Registered Manager - Supported Living Location: Essex & Hertfordshire Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Reporting to: Regional Operations Director Line Management: Service Managers / Cluster Team Managers An Exceptional Leadership Opportunity in Supported Living We are delighted to be partnering with a client that is a highly respected provider of high-quality support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. They are seeking an inspirational Area Registered Manager to oversee services across Essex and Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, driving service excellence, and empowering high-performing teams. The Role As the Area Registered Manager, you will be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services around Essex & Hertfordshire. You will play a central role in shaping service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of quality, safety, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities Register with CQC for one or more supported living services Embed a values-led, person-centred culture across all sites Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care Lead, empower and develop Service Managers and Cluster Managers Oversee audits, quality assurance, and safeguarding procedures Manage staffing, rotas, and service budgets in line with commissioned hours Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals Identify opportunities for service growth and development Maintain high standards of record-keeping, governance, and health & safety About You We're seeking a confident and proactive leader with a passion for empowering others and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults.
