This role will work closely with the IT Manager and will be responsible for: • Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint environments, including site collections, lists, libraries, and backend configurations., • Implement backend changes such as updates, content types, data structures, and site settings., • Design and build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to support business processes and approvals., • Create and manage data structures (lists/entities) to support organisational data management and reporting., • Develop and customise forms using native SharePoint functionality or Microsoft Power Apps., • Configure and manage permissions, roles, and access groups while maintaining security best practices., • Ensure governance, compliance, and auditing of data and user access, integrating with Microsoft Entra ID where required., • Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and support for SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and integrations within Microsoft 365.
