Construction Teaching Assistant Specialist Secondary School (Boys – SEMH) Salary: H4 Scale – £26,215–£27,632 FTE Actual Salary: £19,393–£20,441 per annum (pro rata) Hours: 32 hours per week, term time Contract: Full-time (term time) Start Date: September 2026 We are seeking a skilled, practical and motivated Construction Learning Support Assistant to join a forward‑thinking secondary day special school supporting boys with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school has recently invested in a brand new, purpose‑built Construction Suite, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‑on construction experience who is passionate about working with young people and developing practical, vocational skills.
