About the Role: Are you passionate about student welfare and committed to ensuring every young person feels safe, supported, and ready to learn? We are seeking a dedicated and organised Student Services and First Aid Lead to play a vital role at the heart of our academy. This is a key position, responsible for leading first aid provision and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of Student Services as a central hub of support for students, staff, and families. You will be the first point of contact for student welfare needs, providing high-quality first aid and coordinating appropriate care throughout the school day. Alongside this, you will oversee the day-to-day running of Student Services, ensuring communication, record-keeping, and administrative systems are accurate, efficient, and responsive. Working closely with pastoral teams, staff, parents, and external agencies, you will maintain up-to-date medical and safeguarding records, support student wellbeing, and ensure that all processes are handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality. What We’re Looking For: • A qualified first aider (or willingness to train) with a strong commitment to student welfare., • Experience in an administrative, school, or student-facing environment., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively., • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner., • High attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and data systems., • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
