Customer Service Coordinator at The NSS Group Part of Customer Service Testing 24000 per annum About NSS Group NSS Group is a nationwide specialist service provider offering building maintenance window and technical cleaning platform hire and equipment testing all delivered in-house across the UK. About NSS Testing As a division of NSS Group NSS Testing provides design installation and maintenance of height safety systems and compliance testing services. We ensure clients meet health and safety regulations and British Standards through our Access & Safety and Electrical & Automation teams. The Role Were seeking a proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within NSS Testing. Youll act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams coordinating service requests scheduling works supporting field operatives and ensuring accurate job reporting and invoicing. Key Responsibilities • Manage service enquiries and coordinate job scheduling, • Liaise with field teams and clients, • Support quote preparation and purchase order processing, • Validate and log post-work reports and generate client reports, • Assist with H&S packs certificates and general admin tasks, • Maintain high standards of customer service and communication What Were Looking For • Strong admin and organisational skills, • CRM system experience preferred, • Attention to detail and excellent communication, • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities Key Skills Senior Care,Customer Service,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Computer Skills,Microsoft Outlook,Case Management,Computer Literacy,Dispatching,Home Care,Administrative Experience,Social Work,Word Processing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
