Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, sourcing expertise, and a candidate-centric approach to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Qualification & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience., • Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production or operations environments., • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable., • Previous in-house recruitment experience is required, an additional background in executive search or business partnering is a plus., • Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools., • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday., • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills., • Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
