Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all food handling and preparation meets health and safety regulations, including allergen management and safe transportation of food. Adaptability: Be flexible to accommodate last-minute menu changes, special requests, or event adjustments. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Catering Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar role. Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavors, and food presentation. Experience with menu planning and creating dishes for large-scale events. Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage teams and ensure smooth execution. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and creativity. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and event staff.
