JOB PURPOSE Take control and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the bar Ensure facilities are maintained to the standards required Ensure all employees receive regular training and are able to diversely work in all areas. Ensure all staff training meet statutory requirements, to update their skills and knowledge and to meet their own personal development needs. Participate in guest activities that promotes the our product and its services.
