The Role In this key position, you will serve as the primary liaison between borrowers and the lending syndicate across a portfolio of complex syndicated project finance transactions. You will ensure the smooth operation of deals post-closing, including covenant monitoring, processing waivers and consents, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
