Are you passionate about social media, client service, and delivering work that makes an impact? We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll combine strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice. • Salary competitive, • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm, • Hybrid working – 2 days based in the Chiswick office, 1 day per week in the Mansfield office, 2 days at home, • Free parking, • Healthcare scheme, • Employee wellbeing initiatives As an Account Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities: • Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management, • Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working, • Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management, • Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track, • Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand work, • Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned, • Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking, • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience: • Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting, • Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels, • Knowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketing, • Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines, • Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders, • Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon, • Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations, • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output
