About the Role KpH is looking for a proactive and organised Yard & Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Caterham yard. You’ll work as part of the Logistics team to ensure tools, equipment, vehicles, and PPE are maintained, compliant, and ready to support our construction projects across London and the South East. What will you be doing? • Coordinating daily yard operations, equipment preparation, and PPE issuing, • Carrying out PAT tests and updating compliance records, • Managing Hilti OnTrack tasks and processing tool requests, • Planning cage van movements, deliveries, and collections, • Updating asset data and QR codes, • Supporting PUWER/LOLER checks and weekly reporting, • Assisting with vehicle MOTs, PMIs, servicing, and FORS compliance, • Managing waste segregation, deliveries & collections, • Supporting training, and cross-team admin tasks, • Producing end-of-job equipment reports and suggesting process improvements What we’re looking for • Experience in yard, equipment, and logistics operations, • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, • Good communication and teamwork abilities, • Understanding of equipment maintenance and safety standards, • IT-confident (Excel, Outlook desirable), • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, • Full UK driving licence Desirable • Forklift licence, Experience with asset tracking systems, Experience of PUWER/LOLER and PAT testing Why join KpH? • Competitive salary, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday, • Annual bonuses through our Employee Owned Trust, • Training and development opportunities, • Supportive, growing company with a strong team culture Full-time, Monday to Friday, 06:00–16:00.
