Fulfill the role of Fire Safety Officer and First Aider. Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Business Support Manager and Directors. Experience: Educated to A-level or above. 2 years roven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a good level of IT literacy. Demonstrates a good level of proactivity and forward planning, with an ability to take ownership of workload. Reliable and a good timekeeper. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and CRM systems is a plus.
